I need to download products I’ve ordered.
All digital products which you have licensed such as training materials, assessments and ebooks are available for download as soon as you complete the checkout process. If you missed downloading them at that time or need to download them again for some reason you can follow the direction found shown here:

I need my Serial Number to install products I’ve ordered.
All Training Material products require a serial number which is used to install the training materials after you have downloaded them. You would have received a serial number in an email at the time of purchase. If you didn't please check your spam / junk-mail folder. If you don't have access to your spam / junk-mail folder you may use the serial number email us with your order number and we’ll send you a new one manually.

I need to know when my Course Manuals will arrive.
Our Fulfillment Depart will send you an email, typically within 48 hours from the time you place your order, with an expected date of arrival then another email once FedEx has issued a tracking number for your package. You can always log in to your account at and select “Review Orders / track packages” as well.
