All digital products which you have licensed such as training materials, assessments and ebooks are available for download as soon as you complete the checkout process. If you missed downloading them at that time or need to download them again for some reason you can follow the directions shown here.
Step 2: Login… Use the username and password you created when purchasing the product. If you forgot your password use the “forgot password” link and we’ll email it to you. If someone else purchased the products for you (like a purchasing manager) then you will need to get in-touch with them to have them transfer their account to you.
Step 3: My Account At this point you are logged into your account. Here you can do various things such as update your contact information, print invoices and download your products.
Step 4: Click “Review orders / track packages” This can be found under the “My Orders” Table.
Step 5: Select “Download File(s) >>>” This can be found on the right hand side of the screen under the “View or Change Order” button.
Step 6: Select “Click Here to download the Files you’ve purchased” This can be found n the top center portion of the page next to a blue blinking arrow.
