This guide has been designed as a quick reference for the key elements of the use of graphing techniques to analyze data. Using the multiple techniques shown herein allows a visualization of the changes occurring with the metrics that are critical to our process. We can learn a great deal from seeing the relative position and movement of the data. This activity occurs as an adjunct to our gathering data during the Measure Phase. We are attempting now to determine exactly what our process is doing and how the metrics interrelate. This is a 26 page reference guide including any applicable templates and data sets.
