This guide has been designed as a quick reference for the key elements of implementing Experimental Methods to further assess the impact of our project’s various X’s on the output (Y). Experimental Methods describes the elements of creating and conducting experiments that assist us in assessing the factors impacting the performance of our process. It is during this activity that we look at the inputs (X’s) of our process and rank their variation on the output of the process – the Y. This is a 17 page reference guide including any applicable templates and data sets.
