This guide has been designed as a quick reference for the key elements of conducting an analysis of the subject process’s capability. Capability Analysis provides you with a quantitative assessment of your processes ability to meet the requirements placed on it. Capability Analysis is traditionally used for assessing the outputs of a process, in other words comparing the Voice of the Process to the Voice of the Customer. However, you can use the same technique to assess the capability of the inputs going into the process. This is a 22 page reference guide including any applicable templates and data sets.
